Information we collect

• Details you give us: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and the details of your orders, custom design requests, exchange requests and appointment bookings.
• Account details if you create an account.
• Technical information: device and browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner, PhonePe (PhonePe Private Limited). You enter your card, UPI or bank details on PhonePe’s secure payment page, so we never see or store card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords. We receive only the payment status, the payment method and a transaction reference, which we use to confirm, refund and account for your order. PhonePe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To respond to your enquiries, custom design and appointment requests.
• To send order updates, and marketing messages only where you have agreed.
• To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and improve our products and services.
