Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or try to access it without permission. You must provide accurate information when you place an order or create an account.

Products and descriptions

Our jewellery is crafted in hallmarked 925 sterling silver. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary slightly with your screen, and handcrafted pieces can differ a little from the photos.

Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping within India is free, so the total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
• We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

• All orders are paid online in advance. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, PhonePe. You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or any other method offered on the PhonePe payment page.
• Your order is confirmed only after PhonePe confirms the payment. If payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
• PhonePe only facilitates the payment. Your purchase is a contract between you and Jewelance Aura, so please raise any question about products, delivery, returns or refunds with us.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or failed payment checks. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations

Shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: free shipping across India, returns within 30 days of delivery with a free pickup, and refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Custom designs and appointments

Custom designs are made to your brief and agreed with you before production. Appointment bookings are subject to availability and we may reschedule when necessary.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Jewelance name, logo, designs, photographs and text, belongs to Jewelance Aura or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jewelance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Grievance redressal

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update date.
